On the real estate side, we focus on under-managed, value add properties with untapped upside; and we opportunistically invest in ground-up developments. Through these efforts, we have become the leading private student-housing operator in New Hampshire, with current assets under ownership and management. We invest in the trend favored hospitality segment of boutique hotels and short-term rental properties.  We focus on underserved destination markets in New England.

Our early investments in renewable energy grew out of a strategy to exploit synergies with our real estate business. Our early success inspired the formation of Agilitas Energy to more aggressively pursue other standalone opportunities in the Northeast.

Today, we develop institutional quality, utility scale solar and battery storage projects. We have built a leading renewable energy portfolio with a blend of distributed solar and energy storage systems from Maine to New York. Today, our EPC subsidiary is constructing one of the largest assemblages of Massachusetts SMART solar and storage systems in existence and the largest energy storage system in New York City.
