Today, Madbury Capital’s real estate subsidiary, Madbury Real Estate Ventures, acquired a very cool inn located in the oceanside, artsy community of Rockport, Massachusetts.

We will be taking a year to transform this property, with its three buildings, into a magnificent boutique hotel. Guests will experience the history and charm of this New England Inn updated with modern amenities and design.

The Rockport property will be our second boutique hotel in a destination market, following the successful launch of the Coach House in Salem, Massachusetts last summer. We will be announcing our third in a couple of months.
